  Outstanding service! When getting a quote, they were wonderfully helpful in answering a hundred and one questions from first time home owners, making smart suggestions, and taking the time to truly understand what we were after. Come install time, Ian and Andrew were right on time, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job in both installing the new furnace and educating us on how it all worked. Would strongly recommend and we'll have them back soon for more work!

  Shawn was extremely professional and incredibly accommodating in all interactions. His level of experience was very helpful during the sales process and his unassuming and “no pressure” approach was appreciated. Ian and Andrew were also extremely professional from the moment they arrived for the install. They were very patient in answering all questions and obviously showed pride in workmanship. They spent the entire day installing our new furnace which included re-routing all venting. Overall we are very pleased with the level of service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for future jobs. Well done to your team!

  On an absolutely frigid day, we soon noticed that our year old furnace wasn't blowing warm air. Right away, I called Francis Home and put in a request for service and was given a time for a technician to see us. After a quick inspection, it turned out the furnace was operating exactly as it should - the exhaust was blocked and the gas wasn't burning to avoid fumes from getting trapped inside the house. Our technician Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough; even after quickly finding and solving the problem (which wasn't Francis' fault), he made sure everything else was functioning as it should. I think the best part of dealing with him was feeling like we were real people he was helping and not just another job on a list. I've had nothing but great interactions with this company and I highly recommend Francis to anyone looking for great customer service and great products.

  Just had two young men Zack & Kyle install my new Lennox furnace. They were both extremely polite, helpful and answered all my questions and explained all the features about the new furnace. They did an excellent job installing and taking caution not to damage or scratch any furniture or walls. They also cleaned up extremely well upon departure. They did what I believe to be a very professional job. It was a pleasure having these installers in my home and leaving me with the confidence that the furnace was properly and safely installed for peace of mind. Thank you. David C .

  Last year about this time, I had a regular maintenance completed on my gas furnace. The technician informed me that one of the readings was borderline and he recommended a part change that was not urgent. I phoned this fall and asked for the part(s) to be ordered and installed. Alex Hailey from Francis was sent out to install the parts. Upon arrival, Alex took a look at the furnace, performed a regular maintenance service for me and was able to make adjustments that brought the borderline reading into an acceptable range. I had not picked up a new filter but Alex had one in the truck which he installed for me. Thanks to Alex's technical skill and honesty, I was able to avoid a costly repair and am comfortable that my furnace is in great shape for the winter. I was very impressed with his professionalism and client service orientation.
