  Purchased a Toyota Highlander over the weekend at Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria. My wife and I would like to thank Nick Bhalla for his patience and advice on our purchase, very knowledgeable and friendly. We are more than happy with our new SUV and even happier to get out of the Chrysler we owned previously. Let this be a warning to those people considering purchasing Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep products, resale value is garbage, service departments here in Victoria are of no help at all, and their products are absolute money pits. Domestic automakers have failed to build quality transmissions, and when their products fail they blame the software, do a reset, and the problem never goes away. They even went as far as blaming the way I drive. If you don’t believe me just google Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep transmission problems. Toyota for the win! Thank you so much Nick!

  This is really the great place in Victoria!！I went to three stores yesterday to compare different cars and services. Jim Pattison Toyota was the best! Lee helped my boyfriend and I to look at the cars. He is really genuine and friendly guy. Lee really did a good job to negotiated everything between the manager and us, and also he knew cars very well. The paperwork and insurance here were the fastest I've ever experienced.I will definitely recommend this place and Lee to all my friends!

  Had to have my vehicle towed to service department. It was attended to quickly and repaired in less than a day. Thanks to Lina, Tracy, Nathan & Laura (Service Advisors) Aaron (Technician) and Jamie (Service Manager) for all your help - much appreciated!

  Excellent inventory, prices and customer service. I was very pleased with my experience. Every staff member that I encountered was genuinely interested in helping me find a vehicle that met my needs. Clearly this dealership has a culture of placing the customer at the centre of the business.

  Just purchased a 2018 Highlander from this dealership last weekend. 5 star service was received from Finance Manager, Murray. Nick in sales also patiently took his time walking me through all the new features of my vehicle. All in, the entire experience exceeded my high expectations and these gents made the entire process quite enjoyable. Thank you both -highly recommended!!
