  J’ai toujours acheté mes chaussures chez jbloom parce qu’ils ont une bonne qualité de chaussures avec une variété de couleurs et de styles uniques. Je n’aime pas les grandes marques, mais la marquee jbloom offre un excellent qualité prix.

  It is a Montreal company with an original selection. Most of their shoes are all leather made in Turkey and a few from Spain or China. I would say they have the best quality/price on the market. A must see! :)

  I have never written a negative review on the internet (I do not like the negativity) but I feel compelled to this time because I was treated so badly by Jbloom. It is unfortunate as a first time customer of Jbloom shoes store (in Saint Catherin Street) that I would like to write a very dissatisfied review. I purchased a pair of sandal for myself on July 16, 2017. I expected they work very well as the seller told me it’s a high quality. On Monday July 17, 2017 I just walked in it for under an hour to go to my office and saw the button popped loose, the insole was completely ruined after one time wears. I took them back to the store and the assistant said there is nothing they can do for me, and the damage is normal!! They told me if you buy a pair of sandal for 23$ it's normal to ruined very soon!!!! (After only one day of use) The lady compares their store (Jbloom) with dollarama store and she said this is made in China and you should know it's a very bad quality. Still, I can't believe you buy a pair of shoes and it works only one day and when you complained about it, they can only be sorry.

  Très mauvaise expérience service après vente d'un soulier ayant usé prématurément (après un jour). Le superviseur s'obstinait à dire que ça n'arrivait pas habituellement, une première fois à tout non ? Il a offert un échange et un crédit de 30$, mais une fois sur place le 30$ n'était plus valide. Aucune compétence en vente et service à la clientèle du superviseur. À proscrire.
