  I broke my apartment key in half, and they were still able to make a copy of it. The new key works even better than the old one ever did.

  Very nice staff who is knowledge and very helpful. They are located just a block away from me so it's very convenient. In my experience, prices are often cheaper that home depot and Lowes.

  I got 3 keys made. 2 didn't work. Went back and got 2 new keys. 1 won't work. They are really friendly but I don't live in the area so this was a bit of a pain.
