  Met with the company owners with regards to one of my investment property. They were extremely rude, insulting and critical (especially the wife ).It was a terrible experience and glad that it didn't work out. There is just a nicer way of doing business and nicer people out there. Don't bother to work with this company, I am sure they will give you a hell expirence.

  We stayed January/February 2015 in a very nice apartment downtown Calgary. It was really comfortable, the garage was a big plus. It had everything you could have in a normal home, full kitchen, good TV, towels etc. When we needed something, we called Imperial Office and they responded immediately. The cleaning team once per week was wonderful too. The apartment had also a washer and dryer, this was like "icing on the cake" for us since we had only one piece of luggage while waiting for our container to arrive from overseas. In general we had a very good time living in downtown Calgary and Imperial Suites provided us with and excellent service.

  My business is working with Fortune 500 clients and assessing their needs, with one of those understanding the voice of the customer. Using the same type of thought processes, I deal with every company or client like they are paying for my services. This was no different with Imperial Suites. I was up front about what my desires were throughout the 15 month length of stay. And I must say that on no occasion did the staff at Imperial Suites fail to satisfy my requests. Even when they could not meet them perfectly, they explained in great detail the length of their effort and the reason why they could not grant my request. I follow the same path with my clients; honest and up front with all communication and strive very hard to satisfy their needs. Thanks to the outstanding staff at Imperial Suites, my stay was absolutely flawless and should I need short-term housing in the future, I will not hesitate to call upon them first. Regards, Ray

  I had a wonderful experience with Imperial Suites in Calgary in Jan-Feb 2015. The suite was clean, bright, well-equipped and everything functioned perfectly. Housekeeping came once a week. When I asked if Imperial had a humidifier available, one was delivered the next day, making my wintertime stay much more comfortable. The staff I worked with have all been very warm, welcoming and helpful - from reservations to onsite orientation, billing and follow-up. It was such a good experience, I'm coming back again soon.
