  Called to cancel my membership but they kept charging me for subsequent months. Contacted them again telling them I cancelled but they won’t refund any payments

  Trevor and Nate are simply the best! If you want to learn proper technique from real fighters this is the place for you! I’ve been training with Trevor for the last 4 years and I can’t imagine loving a workout more- good energy, fun but also challenging. My cardio and skill has never been better! Thanks Team Smandych

  Used to go her all the time till my pregnancy. Best and the most legitimate boxing gym in calgary for fraction of cost compared to the new pretend-boxing marketing gimmicks in town . Go here if you want to train like fighter and learn proper technique.

  Great workout at lunch time! I get to do some boxing training and “relax” in the middle of my busy personal and professional life. I strongly recommend Impact Boxing and Fitness to everyone.
