The hotel is quaint little space in the heart of Quebec City which allows you to walk throughout the walled city with ease. There is no parking for the hotel itself but you can park under the government building which is a simple walk away. I found the front desk people to be very helpful and inviting. The breakfast the next day is great but I found the service to be slow. Allow for some time for breakfast of you stay here .

Stayed here 9 years ago and again last week- both times for our anniversary. Walls/ floors are Not thin so it helps a lot because I’m a light sleeper. Staff are always so helpful. My only knock is the free breakfast (the eggs Benedict has too much hollandaise sauce, and don’t get scrambled eggs cuz it’s powder and the omelette we had were Burnt) get the traditional with fried eggs and bacon - perfect. The potatoes were always good.

We booked a last minute 1 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating and the location was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend for a stay in central Old Quebec!

A beautiful clean hotel with fairly small rooms. It is conveniently located in the tourist district so it was well suited for our purpose. The service was excellent as well - staff were friendly and helpful.

Average stay but well priced for it's location. Room was clean on arrival. Large shower with hot water and great water pressure. Our bed was not remade the next day because we had pulled the sheets up. Coffee machine in room was nice touch. The restaurant attached to hotel was a big let down. Breakfast was included but both mornings had very lengthy wait. The first morning was worth the wait with food fresh, tasty and generous portions. The next morning obviously understaffed and the wait was desperate. Food then came out unseasoned and miserable looking. One bonus is the bread bar. Was able to make toasted bagels with different spreads while we waited. The waiter also felt the need to tell us that 'service was not included' Would stay for the perfect location, shame about the service.
