  A bit disappointed. The Rooms are kinda small and aren't sound proof. But other than that, great design and very good customer service

  Wonderful experience and really nice hotel. The staff was very accommodating, valet parking was a breeze and hassle free, the bell hop helped unload our bags and bring them to our room, he was wonderfully friendly and made us feel very welcome. We visited Quebec to see a Brit Floyd concert and the venue was a perfect location to the hall and all attractions we wanted to see. Walking distance to the wonderful city of Quebec!

  Very nice room. Everything was clean too! Staff very courteous and helpful. Might need new lights with power outlet (beside the bed), will be easier to charge our phones haha!!!

  Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Soft, warm and king sized. My room also had a great view. Staff are friendly, professional and happy to converse in either French or English. Undercover pay parking is available on site. Hotel is also pet friendly. Just note, there is no formal room service but you can order food from Jaja Restaurant downstairs and then pick up it up as takeaway.

  Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone was very nice and willing to help. The room was big and clean. The view from our room was awesome. Information about the pool was a little confusing, and everybody had different info on the pool times. The pool was very cool though. In general , very good option for the price. Very satisfied with the service.
