  Hotel staff is super friendly and the location is convenient. Free parking is unbeatable! The rooms feel a bit dated but they're going through some renovations so looking forward to some positive changes in the future.

  The hotel was being renovated during our stay, but the room was clean, comfortable, and had a good shower. The airport shuttle was quick. My only complaint is that the walls were pretty thin, and the noise from next door woke us up.

  I spent a week here on a work trip. They're currently doing some pretty significant renovations, which has left the front desk unorganized and confused about which rooms are available or not, and which rooms contain a king size bed or two queens. Had to change rooms a couple times before they got it right. Moreover, the walls are paper thin. You can fairly clearly hear the people on either side of you conversing and moving about. Lastly, it's kind of out of the way and in an odd spot. It's stuck between a bunch of automotive dealerships. All of that being said, the rooms are nice, and the beds are clean and VERY comfortable by hotel standards. Edit: Now finding out a co-worker of mine had gift cards stolen from their room by housekeeping. The front desk has explained they are "investigating", but we have had no response.

  Our stay here was extremely disappointing. There are renovations and we weren't aware of it. It was so noisy with the construction that we had to leave out room for the day. The restaurant/pub next door was closed until 4 so we resorted to spending the afternoon at a nearby McDonald's. There was no incentive for staying here despite the construction. There was no mention of the construction when we made our reservation or on the website. Never again! The staff was ignorant and condescending. They offered to pay for our dinner as compensation but reneged when we checked out.

  My family came here to stay from Pakistan and they where treated as kindly as expected. They found the location in a strange area and wanted more walking area for food an amenities not just the casino as they are not ones who want to go into gambling establishments. And to take a taxi to amenities was a hardship. But the staff where so kind a mind wonderful.
