  Solid. Hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there, but staff did a great job rolling with issues. Since the dining room was being refurbished, they set up breakfast areas on multiple floors for guests, and since construction equipment and trailers took up several parking spaces, the hotel paid for street parking when the lot filled up. Convenient location for Richmond but not as close to the airport as one would expect given the name LaQuinta Inn Vancouver Airport. Would book again.

  I like the place. It has a spanish style. Great customer service. They also have shuttle bus. :)

  Good hotel for the price. It was quite cheap, but it was a good 3 star hotel. Some parts of the hotel was showing its age, such as carpets and shower. Good location with proximity to restaurants and shops, but it is located right in the path of some flights landing and taking off from Vancouver airport. Some of them were quite noisy.

  Though not a Holiday Inn, La Quinta Inn is good for it's money, i.e. it offers variety of amenities at a level more like a home than a hotel. One particular staff is also friendly, nothing to complain about during my short stay here. One thing that deserves to be pointed out is that the hotel may not have a kitchen, it does offer a microwave in a dining area (with seating provided) near the lobby for the guests to use. It's really a wonderful feature for those on a budget when you can buy food from outside and reheat it for consumption later. Hot and cold water plus coffee and tea are accessible and complimentary to the guests around the clock.

  Very happy with this hotel. Comfy memory foam type beds. All staff our family interacted with were excellent. We appreciate friendly helpful service. It seems they have staff who can speak different languages. The breakfast is good standard Canada fare, but get there early. The only complaint is that the hot tub wasn’t hot and the water had scum on the surface. Recommend. Friendly service and good beds.
