  Great hotel. One of the better ones in the area I've stayed at. The location was right of the QEW which allowed easy access to any of the sites in the area with the benefit of being outside Niagara making it a little quieter

  Great location, near lots of activities and food. The rooms were cozy and clean, I would stay there again. I can't say much for service or staff because I didn't use or have any interactions and any of them. But as I said before, I'd definitely stay there again

  We were upgraded to a suite with full kitchen and 2 queen beds. Room was nice but dishes were kind of dirty and windows had dust and streaks on them. Also, the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it when we first arrived. The desk service was fantastic, we all had fun in the arcade. We were going to take advantage of Sunday's bowling special of $25 for an hour and a half of all you can bowl, but there was league play until 1pm so no lanes were available.

  Great team at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, and the process of check in and check out were fast. Had an issue at the house where insurance checked me, my wife, son, and two big dogs in while we were also trying to attend a wedding. They were super understanding that the situation was non-typical and set us up easy without stress to help ease our already painful evening.

  My family and I had an amazing experience in the king suite with kitchenette. The room also features a pull out bed and both a bath tub and shower separately. I really like the convenience of the modernized Cafe and restaurant integrated in the hotel so that you don't even have to leave the building! Also nice amenities such as fitness center, pool and hot tub as well. Room service also a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel and I will visit in the future.
