  So clean and inviting. Many little details that show how the staff are concerned with guests' comfort and wellbeing. Would definitely consider staying here again.

  Friendly staff, but faint smoke smell in the room. Price should have been cheaper considering the smell and outdated look of the room. It was clearly a smoking room at one time. Also, it was right beside another occupied room where the guests kept going in and out and meeting friends in the hall. It was a bit loud as we could hear them talk and their door kept slamming shut (not the staff's fault) but maybe they shouldn't put guests in rooms right beside another occupied room....there were plenty of empty rooms. The pool and other facilities were good but there were a few seniors who seemed to not be hotel guests just people who came to enjoy quiet time...which is not easy with a 6 yr old who wants to have fun in the hotel pool and enjoy a little hot tub time (no kids allowed in the hot tub - temp was very hot too). We paid $140 for the room. It was clean.

  Great experience as always stay at this Hotel Austin and never had a bad experience front desk is very helpful the rooms are clean and always smell very fresh. Great location and the gym is definitely a awesome bonus. Unfortunately only the men get a wet sauna thankfully for me I'm a man and get to experience this exclusive option

  Good hotel and rooms. Liked the pool and hot tub. In the end the complementary buffet breakfast was a surprise full breakfast that ended up being cheaper to stay here. We worked it out that a room cost $20 more than days inn but would cost over $50 for breakfast there. We actually are two lunches and a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Good food and prices plus really convenient after being busy all day. We will be back for sure on our next visit to St Catherines.

  Good clean hotel. Staff are friendly and the free breakfast is good but basic. Hot tub not working at time of stay. And looked like it has not for a while. They also have a Facility charge that is added to your bill. When asked about it. They told me it was for things like parking. I would stay there again.
