  I was social profiled here when we went to shop for clothes, they actually called security as back up just in case we might steal something? I love my country, i tolerate the people on it cause as an American Indian that's all i can do rn and I find it very offensive when the immigrants here give me a hard time. They should be greatful that they can come to a safe country to live and prosper and greatful to the indian land they all stand on.

  I did not like the customer service here there were two lady that work in the counter they are very rude.

  I went to this store to return/exchange Christmas gift for my kids, which were wrong size. talked to 3 store associates and store manager. because I had no receipt they asked me to call customer service tall number, in order to get approval over the phone. very convenient right? 10 mins on the phone and i was given opposite information, it is only store manager that make decision not customer service operator. anyways, i was really shocked how they treat customers and behave like robots. They try to ignore the fact that return process is not established and they say - we don't care. I would recommend not to shop at this store as once you leave the store it is none of their business. They dont stand behind their product! AVOID THIS STORE!

  Extremely poor customer service. I received socks as a gift, but unfortunately they were the wrong size. I waited in line while the only cashier casually chatted with a customer for 10 minutes while the line continued to grow. When I finally made it to the cashier I asked to exchange for the same pair and was told I could not without a receipt. The manager then explained that they cannot even access the system without a receipt. Either H&M has a uniquely restrictive point of sale system, or the manager lied about his ability to authorize the exchange. Either way, a very disappointing experience which has definitely turned me away as a customer.

  Best H&M in the city. Very organised and lots of selection. I find they carry a lot more work-appropriate clothes than other locations. Great stop for black friday sales since the core is less busy and there are still good deals, even over lunch hour. I just wish they carried more "conscious" clothing.
