  HealthOut is the best gym ever that I have attended in Vancouver! The mobilize class is approachable for the work out beginner like me. I enjoyed the class and I can tell it works. (You'll definitely feel it after the class!) Highly recommend to try here! :)

  By far the best workout program I have found in Vancouver. The mobilize class has helped me increase my core strength, flexibility and overall stability. You have got to try this class!

  HealthOut is a refreshing new and unique gym focusing on whole body movements and mobility and strength! I tried the mobility class with Ryan and not only did I learn a lot, it felt great to be stretched and realigned safely! The classes are small enough to have some one on one guidance to learn about the muscles and movements your body relies upon daily and how to engage them. It was a gentle and challenging work out and left me wanting more. His studio is new and bright and inviting- make time to treat yourself to a class!

  Ryan’s attention to detail is outstanding. As a physiotherapist working with injuries, I love referring my patients and athletes to Ryan as his level of expertise is top notch. His mobility and stability classes were really good and his work has helped my back a lot. Highly recommend !!

  Ryan leads an awesome workout. Tried the Energize workout and left feeling healthy and recharged. Great way to start to the morning.
