  Great atmosphere. Got my hair done by Olivia and she's amazing. I've been going to her for a year now go check her out!

  Went here on a groupon, and greatly regret it. The staff are very friendly, but the quality was very poor. I had to make the stylist return twice to fix my hair after she claimed to be done. It still wasn't fixed, but she had already cut off far more than we agreed to. Not only did I lose the months of growing out a short cut (a goal which we discussed prior to the cut!), but I also have to live with a cut that is extremely difficult to style until it is long enough to fix (or even pin up). The stylist I saw (I think Sophie?) does not have the skill or experience. Perhaps the other staff are better, but it is worth noting that the owner checked up twice during the cut and claimed she was doing a good job. I will definitely not be returning here. The groupon is not worth it: pay full price and go somewhere to have a good cut.

  I had a fantastic experience at Hair Dynamic. I am new to the Ottawa area and found this salon through a Groupon offer. The previous reviews were all positive so I decided to give it a try. The entire experience was outstanding. Stephanie gave me a cut that I absolutely love. I was even able to replicate the finished look at home. I brought my 2 month old daughter with me to the appointment, and the staff was very accommodating. I felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door. I am going back next week to get highlights and have my other daughter's hair cut. I would definitely recommend Hair Dynamic to anyone looking for a great hair cut at a reasonable price, with friendly staff.

  LOVE Hair Dynamic! Just discovered this cute little spot a couple months ago, and it was the best haircut I've had in a long time, if forever! Just left there today for a second time, loving my new style! Too many places in the city are over-priced and impersonable. The staff here are friendly, down to earth and actually listen to what you want done. The prices are resonable as well. Couldn't ask for better! I will not be going anywhere else. Thanks guys!
