  Great place to get in and get a work out done. However, the change rooms are always wet, and not very useful.

  I love it, staff are very helpful and encourage you to push yourself. Lots of equipment. Very nice atomosphere!

  Showers and change room lack in cleanliness but there is lots of variety in equipment and weights size also seperate room for people to workout if timide

  I canceled my membership months ago and they are still charging me. Just keep an eye out on your money. It's quite annoying. The men's change room is kinda nasty. The steam room is slimy. The Equipment isn't bad, got lots of cardio machines. Not quite enough free weights and they need a squat rack or two more. The Gym isn't super busy which is a bonus and they are cheaper then Goodlife, but it shows. I didn't hate it when I went, but Goodlife is a better bang for your buck! Not the worst gym. If you are into bodybuilding to the extreme this might be a good environment for you.
