  Very friendly and welcoming vibe, lots of knowledgeable and approachable instructors/teachers, and the most caring owner. Started with the intro to zen 30 day membership and have been hooked ever since :) such a good variety of classes to suit your physical goals and needs as well as having them spread out during the days of the week and times during the day. So happy to be part of the Zen community.

  I freakin love Zen and Jenn from Zen is probably the best fitness, mindset coach in Northern Ontario.

  We had a private bachelorette party at zen fitness it was absolutely amazing! I had so much fun and the instructor was so helpful and encouraging! it was a 2 hour session which may seem long but it flew by with all the fun we were having!
