  Incredible customer service! Tyler and Hass helped me move to a new phone from an older phone with the wrong size SIM card. Very fast and efficient service, understood what I needed right away and got it done. Thank you so much!

  These people writing negative reviews are the same ones who freak out on these hard-working boys who don’t immediately drop everything they’re doing to serve them-I’ve seen it. I have been coming to Freedom mobile at Billings for almost 5 years and can honestly say the staff that they currently have are the most productive and friendly bunch ever. These boys treat me like I am part of the family, and I can see all the other customers that share the same experience. Boovan, Hassan and Tyler are stand-up guys who make sure they go above and beyond to make sure I pay my bills on time, and keep me updated on the latest phone deals! Thank you freedom at Billings who always make my day 10x better! I will continue to send all of my friends to this location specifically, keep up the great work Boovan!

  Absolutely terrible experience! employees were all over the place and one of them was definitely high or something because he just wasn't able to get what I am trying to tell him. Manager must be sleeping or something because kiosk was a mess and not clean at all. Thank god I live close to carlingwood mall location . P.S prices also weren't updated on tags ,so I had to search the website for a price of a phone I was interested in myself.

  Fantastic service every time! I have been there for three phones now and every time I receive some of the best customer service! I have been served by Hass, Tyler and Bhuvan - different occasions each time and they always treated me with respect and helped set up the phone after I got it! Definitely recommend this location if you want a honest people selling you a legit deal that you will be happy with! So thank you billing’s bridge team!

  Great service i received with interaction I had with Buhvan past weekend. Store was busy but he was super efficient. I got the best plan with 8 gigs for only 40 bucks a month! I was sick of paying bell over hundred bucks a month. Keep up the good work. Will recommend this store because they are super honest and upfront with customers.
