::These people writing negative reviews are the same ones who freak out on these hard-working boys who don’t immediately drop everything they’re doing to serve them-I’ve seen it. I have been coming to Freedom mobile at Billings for almost 5 years and can honestly say the staff that they currently have are the most productive and friendly bunch ever. These boys treat me like I am part of the family, and I can see all the other customers that share the same experience. Boovan, Hassan and Tyler are stand-up guys who make sure they go above and beyond to make sure I pay my bills on time, and keep me updated on the latest phone deals! ::Absolutely terrible experience! employees were all over the place and one of them was definitely high or something because he just wasn't able to get what I am trying to tell him. Manager must be sleeping or something because kiosk was a mess and not clean at all. Thank god I live close to carlingwood mall location . P.S prices also weren't updated on tags ,so I had to search the website for a price of a phone I was interested in myself.

::Great service i received with interaction I had with Buhvan past weekend. Store was busy but he was super efficient. I got the best plan with 8 gigs for only 40 bucks a month! I was sick of paying bell over hundred bucks a month. Keep up the good work. Will recommend this store because they are super honest and upfront with customers.
