  i love the clothing. i wish i could buy more though, for me the things are too expensive

  Excellent clothing store for the younger generation...but almost anyone of any age can enjoy browsing through the latest fashions of clothes, accessories, and seasonal specials. Buy for yourself or your grandchildren...well worth the visit. Very nice products that are reasonable in pricing and attractively displayed in a modern " upmarket" style store. Need fashion help ...? Just ask the well trained and very capable staff of fashion conscious young people.

  i like to occasionally go in to F12 because i can often find cheap things i like, however, there is so much stuff everywhere i have a hard time finding things & racks are usually over full & things fall off, the floors are ALWAYS soo dusty! and i wish clothes that are on the mannequins would be atleast near the mannequins...

  Horrible customer service. Staff is very rude, unhelpful & gives you dirty looks. The dressing room attendant had two friends visiting her when I went and didn’t even greet me. The cashier seemed totally uninterested and snotty as well. The store is messy and disorganized. Do not recommend.
