This bookstore is huge and has lots of vintage magazines (like LIFE and the New Yorker from the 40s/50s, etc). You can find whatever you are looking for and it is very well organized. We found it by fluke driving by and saw the sign that said it had 150 000 books so we stopped in.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOOKS HERE FOR TRADE OR CASH! SCAM ARTISTS! If I could give less than 1 star I would. We will never be back. We brought in a huge box of books, there were maybe 1 or two with some wear on them and we were expecting them not to take them but thought what the heck might as well see what they say. WELL she took about 15 books (all hard copy, BRAND NEW books. I'm taking 30$ a piece books if not more.) and she offered us 15$ cash for them. are you f*@king kidding me? This place is an absolute joke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOOKS THERE! I was disgusted with them. they have lots of books but they are all WAY overpriced. half the stuff doesn't have tags so you can just Guess what they are going to charge you for it. oh, and get this. instead of the insulting $15 cash they offered I took a 25$ trade credit. Because I drove from WAY in the NW and wanted to get some Japanese manga they had and didnt want to waste the trip. SO I still had to pay 6$ for 25$ worth of manga? why? "its just the way the system works" SCAM! so again! I only really got 20$ in credit. I repeat I will NEVER go back there! End of story! they should be shut down. Horrible. I love old bookstores and I love that things can be passed on. BUT these people are ripping people off. Shame on them.

Good selection, but inconsistent prices. Some items are unjustifiably expensive (I've seen them charge lots of money for beat up books that are still in print, and available on Amazon in the same edition for substantially less money), but sometimes you can find a good deal. Depending on the day and who's working, you can get decent trade credit, or not much at all. To test I brought in two identical books a few months apart. The first time they gave me 10 dollars, the second time they offered me a dollar. When I asked why it was so low, considering I've seen them sell it for $20-30, and it was an author that sells quickly, she said I don't know as much about books as she does, and "edition really does matter". No kidding. The store is okay. Some of the staff is nice. But overall the store is inconsistent, in prices, and service.

Great used book store, but it’s best to either have a specific title in mind that you can ask them to look up for you, or be really open to browsing. Don’t expect it to be like a new bookstore, they don’t have everything but they do have an awesome selection.

Hands down the best bookstore that's ever been. Amazing selection of books and a highly knowledgeable staff makes walking out empty handed almost impossible. Everything is logged in a database too, so you can look up to see if a title is at another location, or the last time the book was in stock and sold. Also a great place to trade in your old books for some credit to refresh your own library. Get lost for hours in the stacks and have a great afternoon.
