::Had a problem with the first car I rented(very bad smell in car) they switched out my the car right away. Accommodated my needs and made everything right for me. I was extremely happy with the way they solved the problem and treated me. I would go back and rent from them again.

::Assistant Branch Manager Emelia is rude when answering questions. First car I was offered had no bluetooth. I, therefore, asked for another one, the next car offered had a major bottom crack on front bumper (that was not documented). Let me add that I was the one who brought it to her attention despite her carrying the inspection with me... Long story short, I was left with an economy class car that now has wipers that do not function. Worst overall experience with a rental car location.

::I was a regular customer for long time. Recently booked for the weekend and scheduled pick up car at 10 am. As usual I showed up 15 minutes before. There were 6 other people waiting for car with contract on hand. I stood there for more than 30 minutes. A white short white man was hanging on the phone my entire time as if he did not see me. I stood in front of him the whole time, one guy who picked me several times asked me to sit and wait. He politely explained the situation. Than I went to Tim Horton spent another half hour and came back still same situation. Than I knew the guy on phone is manager. I asked him if I get car. He rudely gesture me to sit. This person is so unprofessional and rude. I left the office with no car waiting 2 hours. Will never rent with this person. Sadπ‘π‘
