  Excellent National Car Rental site to rent from. Staff is friendly and service is relatively quick. I rent from them often, once I had a bad vehicle rental (severe alignment problem) and they changed my car at no charge at another location, upon my return the staff accommodated me for it.

  Excellent customer service at this location. Janet was very thoughtful and considerate. She provided us many options during our pick-up when we wanted a different car. During my visit, I saw all customers were acknowledged and properly taken care of. Location itself is convenient. At first, I was worried being downtown would make it hard to get out but it wasn't too bad. Its close enough to the highway too.

  Rented a car for Easter weekend. Had initially booked a mid-size, but they didn't have one at pickup time (they were quite busy) so we were offered an SUV. It was a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander with about 4000 km, so a recent vehicle in essentially new condition. It was clean and had a full tank of gas. Customer service was polite, friendly and efficient despite how busy they were. The whole process went smoothly. Will definitely be renting from this location again.

  While the Toyota Camry suited my needs very well I had to wait for the car to be cleaned when I arrived at the Queen St location. When the car was ready the wing mirrors, interior windows were not clean and the floor and seats had crumbs and food stains on them. My wife and I spent another hour cleaning the interior before leaving on our trip. When I returned the car and expressed my disappointment the Queen St location discounted the rental fee by 10% which was appreciated. In all other respects my rental experience was very good.   As one who rents frequently for years at site - already an indicator of endorsement, noting experience with other companies with whom I have been sometimes obliged to request service from - I am pleased with the consistency of quality of service at all levels for so many years, by so many qualified agents. This notwithstanding challenges from light rail construction, sudden mass demands by the federal and the varied international tourists. The service is particularly individual-understanding and with due etiquette, as I have been able to observe for dozens of stressed customers who were duly and justly treated.
