  Food and service was decent. They advertise well drinks for happy hour and then they ask if you’d like spiced rum or Bacardi and you say spiced they don’t tell you it’s a lot more for spiced. Was a little choked she didn’t mention it was more

  Best restaurant in town, chill atmosphere, great food and the service is professional.

  Let me start out with saying the food was good. My first mistake was making a reservation I wasn't told that there was an automatic 18% gratuity tacked on when you make a reservation. Tuesday night in Fort McMurray in June the place was empty. The second thing that was unfortunate was the wait staff seemed inexperienced I understand that everybody needs training and that's all fine and dandy but my whole group commented on it being obvious that the waitress seemed inexperienced. My last mistake was not checking the bill thoroughly before paying we were charged for two bottles of wine when we only had one plus the 18% on that plus the GST added up to almost 35 extra dollars and it was half price wine night. So after asking the waitress to sort out the extra charge she informed me that the manager was unable to do refunds and she would give a gift card to be used at a later date I told her that doesn't work very well on my company expense report. After a period of time the manager told me that she could actually do a refund and redo the charges and took my card away from the table to an office for what seemed like an eternity only to return to tell me that she tried several times to void the charges and it did not work ended up getting a gift card for the extra charges now I'm going to have to explain to my supervisor what went wrong and beg forgiveness. While waiting for my credit card to be returned to me I had need to use the washroom facilities upon going into the washroom I noted that it was extremely dirty, stuff on the walls that I cannot even describe. The floors the fixtures everything was extremely dirty. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks if not months. Upon returning to my table I noticed that the floors and everything were in need of vacuuming and whatnot and the place is actually looking pretty run down quite disappointed with the whole thing except for the food, the food was good unfortunately the inexperience of the manager and the wait staff lended to a disappointing experience. Very likely not to return for a meal in the near or distant future.

  Good food and drinks, fun server, but what's with the poo paintings? Stopped in for dinner and Griffin took very good care of us. Appies, mains, and drinks were delivered promptly, and we're very good. Kudos to all, and thanks Griffin for the great service, and interesting chat.

  We had a really bad experience tonight. We had phoned ahead to request 2 high chairs. They did not have any high chairs until about 30 minutes after we were supposed to be seated. It took about an hour to get our appetizers out, they forgot 2 of the appetizers. It took about another hour to bring out our mains. I've always had good service in the past but since the remodel the service seems to have gone downhill
