  I called on a Saturday. My upright freezer died. Urgent. Dufresne was the only retailer to offer a floor model similar to what I required for delivery Tuesday. No other retailer has this policy; fortunately, for me, they do. Super helpful. Price matched, and on it's way Tuesday for delivery. Couldn't be more fortunate given my situation.. Great customer service (Amber). Look forward to receiving my new appliance. Thank you.

  I had a wonderful experience shopping at Dufresne last night. They had a wine and cheese night. The food was delicious!. I browsed the store while enjoying a glass of wine. Found the sofa I wished to buy just as a sales person approached me. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The people working the payment section were also friendly and very efficient.

  Amber was so helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately things came up that were more important than furniture (leaking roof) and we had to cancel our order. Will definitely be back.

  delivery guys were awesome! they removed shoes without being asked and were very helpful in taking the packaging from the product with them. very happy with the customer service they provided.

  TERRIBLE! If you want timely deliveries, good customer service, support for your purchases and easy answers to questions you have about orders, this is NOT the place. We bought over $10000, TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, PAID IN FULL, of furniture from this store, and still we can't get a box spring replaced without a hole. Most of the furniture that we actually wanted, that was promised to us within the normal few week time frames, back in late August, still has not arrived, 4 months later in December. Any "deals" we got from the time frame in which we purchased are pretty much available to anyone else at other times, and all the furniture we did purchase, we bought under the assumption we would actually receive the furniture that we actually wanted. If this is how they treat people that make large purchases, expect that they will treat you even worse of you are not purchasing that much. Never shop here, ever. Much better experience at Reid's. On a positive note, we did get one chair we actually liked. But it was still over priced.
