  Awfully poor communication between the warehouse and a retail store. I've been told twice now that my tables were available for pickup only to discover that they were not there. I'm told I have to wait another week and no one who works there still seems to know what's happening. Just a poor experience altogether.

  Walking into the store I was looking for something very specific that I saw on another website and Ruth helped me find the closest thing too it! Great addition to my house! I'm so happy ! Thanks Ruth! You listened and gave amazing feedback and direction with such energy and enthusiasm. Definitely recommend going to see Ruth for your next furniture piece!

  I found the customer experience to be exceptional. I was greeted with a warm welcoming by the store manager Mat. From there he was extremely friendly and helped answer any question I had. What I liked most about the store was the staff gave me the ability to make the decision and I didn't feel pressured or forced in anyway! All in all excellent experience.

  We needed to purchase furniture for a few rooms in our new home and found pieces that work perfectly in all areas. We purchased quality items at excellent prices upstairs in the discount centre. The Ashely entertainment unit we ordered from the main floor arrived sooner than expected!! Making decisions about our purchases required many visits to the store and each time we were greeted by friendly, helpful sales people. I would highly recommend shopping at Reid's Liquidation Centre for your furniture needs.

  I went in to buy a couch and there was a very nice man who gave me just what I wanted! I think his name was Matt or something. He gave me a great deal and worked out an arrangement to deliver my purchase in a very timely manner. The other employees were all very knowledgeable as well but obviously not up to this dude's standards. The store is great; everyone should go there for their furniture needs!
