  I purchased my first vehicle with Downtown Hyundai last week. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was very pleasant and patient, from the start of the process until the end. Alex the salesperson was very informative, friendly and helpful. He was very cooperative when working with me on the pricing. I feel like I got a great deal! William the finance manager was very patient, and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was not at all pushy (as I read financing managers sometimes are). Overall, I felt that I was treated very well and I'm super super happy about my new car! I would recommend Alex and this dealership to those looking for a Hyundai!

  My boyfriend and I went to visit Downtown Hyundai this week to purchase our first car, and honestly we could not have had a better experience. When we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by one of their salesmen, Paul Vella. Paul was patient, he listened to us and gave us the time we needed to make the right decision. We are so happy that we bought our first car from him and we definitely recommend Paul and anyone from Downtown Hyundai. Thank you so much!

  We recently bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra from Downtown Hyundai. I corresponded with Alex over email before visiting the dealership. I was impressed by his speed of replying and the effort he put to answer all my questions. At the dealership, we met Alex and William and both of them were very friendly and helpful, and held our hands every step of the way. They took almost all the hassle out of buying a car for the first time. That said, there were a couple of things that could've been done better, I think. We were handed the car over without any fanfare but the experience would've been even better if the dealership had put in effort to make the occasion more special by putting a ribbon or something on the car. Also, they washed the car in the morning but it snowed before we went to get it and the car had many smudges on it because of that. We'd have appreciated it if the dealership had washed the car again before delivery. Overall, though, the experience was definitely positive and we would recommend buying from Downtown Hyundai without second thoughts.

  Just purchased a new Santa Fe XL Limited Edition at Downtown Hyundai with fabulous help from David Shafir! I really appreciated David’s patience with me as a first time car buyer. On the test drive, he really knew everything and was so enthusiastic, which made it fun for me. Even a month after the deal David is still following up. Thanks so much for a great experience!

  I just bought a new Tuscon from them. I cannot say enough good things about Darin David. The guy is an outstanding person; kind, helpful and genuine. He does not use pressure tactics. I was able to seal a deal with him in less than 30 minutes after we sat down to discuss the sale... LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. I highly recommend him and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
