  I purchased a used Acura RDX from Jay recently and my experience was second to none. They took my trade-in and gave me great price for it. The car buying experience was excellent start to finish. I’m not surprised to learn that they are the #1 Acura dealer in Canada by volume. Highly recommended!

  Had the pleasure of meeting Frank Evans and I must say he made my car buying experience a very good one. He is very easy going, patient and has a good sense of humour. Most of all, he was not pushy AT ALL - which was very relieving! He helped me into the Acura that was perfect for me. I recommend him highly.

  Frank Evans is the man you want to work with! Great experience buying a used car from him. After having our car for 10years he was helpful and patient with us in understanding exactly what we were looking for! He made sure to take care of all of our concerns. End result a beautiful new car for another 10years for us to enjoy!

  When I walked into Acura I wasn't sure if I was going to buy. I had been to other dealerships ( Mazda, Ford,) and had been made to feel very uncomfortable by unscrupulous agents. Walking into Acura downtown was a different experience and the person who made me feel comfortable buying was Jay. He took time to explain to me all the perks and upsides and downsides of the vehicle. He wasn't judgmental or condescending even though i didn't know much about cars. In a calm and patient manner he went over all of the cars features and had me falling in love with the vehicle. I'm proud to say I now own an Acura and I highly recommend to any new prospective buyers to stop buy Acura downtown and ask for Jay if you want to be treated in an honest and respectable money. I know when I make significant purchases I want my hard earned money respected, and I definatley feel as though it was.

  Everyone at this dealer was friendly and professional. All communication via email was handled in a timely matter. Frank was excellent! He is very personable, and always smiling. He was very patient from start to finish and never pushy. He was very accommodating and had all licensing, paperwork and keys ready to go when I arrived. I also appreciated the minor touch ups and detailing of car.
