::Unfortunately the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. Arrived early for my appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. I had scheduled a simple manicure that took over an hour to do. I left with no top coat because I was exhausted and starving after sitting in the salon for 2 and a half hours after a long day’s work for a simple manicure that wasn’t even done properly. No compensation or anything was offered for such poor service and disrespect for people’s time. I would not recommend this salon.

::Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited over an hour for my nail appointment. They have absolutely zero respect for people’s time. The worker then told me that I was lucky she stayed open this late for us because usually she closes at 6 (which was the time she booked my appointment for, meanwhile we didn’t actually start until after 7). To top it off it was the worst manicure I have ever received. DO NOT GO HERE. I left before it was even finished because I was there for 2.5 hours an exhausted. While doing our manicures the lady complained atleast 5 times she was tired and acted completely unprofessional. Will deffinetly not be recommending. Terrible experience.

::I've been to Diverse twice now for Shellac Manicures and I was very happy both times. Their new Manicure "Bar" is really fun and I loved that I could have a glass of wine while I got my nails done. There is also a TV where they play Netflix movies. Noelle was great to chat with and from what I can tell the other staff working here are very welcoming. The price of the Manicure was a bit high, but I used a coupon which made it more worth while. I recommend checking out their deal on Groupon.

::I've had my hair cut & coloured at Diverse several times. Claudia does a great job. The icing on the cake? A 15% discount for being a military family! The owner, Noellee also gave me a manicure and I was pleased with how it turned out. Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻
