  Started coming here about a year ago and do not regret it. All the staff are nice and friendly. I’ve gotten a haircut with most of the barbers and they've all given exactly what I want done with my hair. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality haircut.

  Great atmosphere and friendly staff that does exceptional work. Hands down the best haircut I've had in Ottawa. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a new barber in the city.

  Twice a month I come here for a no-nonsense cut and trim with a random barber and I always come out looking clean and sharp. The staff is always friendly with me and helpful with suggestions to make the most out of my hair. There is also a great product selection. No complaints and great all around! 10/10

  I checked out capital barber shop for the first time this week because the person who cut my hair before was no longer working at the place I usually go. I figured this would be a good chance to shop around a bit because I've heard good things from a few friends. The interior is really nicely decorated, really bright and clean. The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly. Usually I feel a bit out of place at barber shops because they feel like a tight knit group and you are an outsider. This was not the case at all at Capital barber as they made me feel immediately welcomed and were even joking around with me from the get go. The hair cut itself was super well done too, I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment and I didn't have to wait or get delayed. I was really really happy with the cut and everyone knows everytime you see a new barber you're worried at first, but in the end I was incredibly pleased and can't wait to schedule my next appointment with them! Thanks for making a first time experience a great one.

  This barber shop looks great from inside and out. I read a lot of mixed reviews before I went here. You definitely have to book an appointment in advance. Great vibe from the place and well laid out. Music was good. Fade definitely wasn't as well done as I had hoped. Had to touch up my own hair when I got home. That being said I only tried one of the barbers. Definitely paid too much for the job I got done.
