I have been a client with my cat for over 8-9 years and have never experienced a lack of courtesy & quality care. The Vet is pleasant, focused on the animal, & I like her matter-of-fact manner.

::The person working at the front desk dropped my tiny puppy while trying to weigh him, and handled him quite roughly without any apology or concern. I did not meet the vet, as I left immediately after this happened. Be cautious of allowing untrained workers handle your animals.
