  Probably the nicest customer service I've gotten from a bank. The bank itself is not the greatest, but all of my experiences coming to them to complain about the bank have been great. Thanks for your patience with me.

  I was just in this branch to get a money order. The teller was clearly new and needed to have an over ride done. She went to ask a manager who I later discovered was Helen Chen the Financial Service Rep. When Helen came I did not receive any acknowledgement. She was very abrupt to the young teller and shamefully pointed out her mistake. Instead of helping her with it she said nothing of us to either and walked away. This was RUDE and uncalled for. Helen could have shown positive leadership skills by helping the young lady with my transaction and getting me on my way faster AND maybe even wishing me a pleasant day. My regular branch is on Fraser Street and I can say without a doubt that this behaviour would never happen there.

  Great atmosphere. Super friendly and helpful staff, but few of them have lack of experiences. It needs to hire more bank tellers.

  I just use the ATM here but I would recommend President choice financial because of no fee banking, chequing account
