  Bad BMO location, since there are a tons of homeless... they start following you after you go out of the bank.

  went in last week to open a new checking account but declined the set up of online banking when offered in house at time of opening said account, went back to the bank branch today to set up online banking and was told "no, we don't do that here you must call a number from the website". why was i given the online offer at the start if the bank does not do that? It also came to my attention that the bank went ahead and set up a savings account as well without asking or telling me that i now had two accounts without my knowing or approval. As soon as i found that out i closed both accounts and the bank teller informed me that it was my fault and not the responsibility of the bank to give me an option or to even be informed because the savings account was free and that now that i was closing all accounts that it really did not matter anyway since i would no longer be banking there. I will never bank at BMO and will tell everyone and anyone about their hidden bank accounts because most poeple would consider that to be fraud and against the law.
