  Pleasantly surprised at my recent visit to Chatters at trainyards. I booked a last minute appointment at the salon and had Darlene as my hair stylist. She did an incredible job on my color and cut. I've gotten so many complements on my hair since having it done. I also had a great experience with the employee working the front desk to choose some hair products. She was knowledgable and everyone was very friendly. Great experience. I would definitely recommend others to this salon and I will go back in the future.

  Every time other than this time I have always liked my haircut. The last time I went my hairdresser was on vacation so I got a new guy and he tried to replicate my old haircut but messed up a lot even though my haircut is very simple. He asked if it was ok at the end and said sorry but I said it was fine but it obviously was not. I just felt like they shoulder have offered a discount or the haircut for free.

  Whether you've been considering getting a total make-over with your hair colour but you're not quite sure what would suit you or if you want something very specific in terms of colours and hair tattoos, then Jeremy is your artist/hairstylist! Jeremy is very talented and passionate about his work. We are very fortunate to have him here in Ottawa!

  Went in with damaged hair that's been neglected and untouched for 7 months. Racheal spent hours with me in the salon, toning down the brassiness of my previous colour and creating a much cooler and more modern look. Thank you so much for the friendly and professional job! Definitely would recommend Chatters!

  I had different colors going in my hair from a stylist Melanie on Beechwood who ruined my hair... I was recommended to come to Chatters at trainyards in Ottawa I totally recommend going here beautiful and classy and lot's of awesome products here affordable price for hair and professional products. Anyone wants to see a hairstylist here ask for Darlene Barber. 😍😘 Thanks babe for fixing my hair you are the best at what you do... 😁
