::Pleasantly surprised at my recent visit to Chatters at trainyards. I booked a last minute appointment at the salon and had Darlene as my hair stylist. She did an incredible job on my color and cut. I've gotten so many complements on my hair since having it done. I also had a great experience with the employee working the front desk to choose some hair products. She was knowledgable and everyone was very friendly. Great experience. I would definitely recommend others to this salon and I will go back in the future.

::Every time other than this time I have always liked my haircut. The last time I went my hairdresser was on vacation so I got a new guy and he tried to replicate my old haircut but messed up a lot even though my haircut is very simple. He asked if it was ok at the end and said sorry but I said it was fine but it obviously was not. I just felt like they shoulder have offered a discount or the haircut for free.
