  I lived with CCOC since 2005 - Never had issues with rental but sometime issues with maintenance over the Yrs. it downgrade a bit Oui / Non so far every issues has been resolve. CCOC is a good landlord with care to it's tenant request vs. other place in the Capital region "Ottawa". Remember it's Not about showing off but the Feeling of "Home Sweet Home" & been in a safe area. Au Plaisir !

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Cannot believe the way this company runs a business. Cannot get through to anyone via phone except the receptionist who is zero help re. leasing. Very dissatisfied by this corporation. Has totally turned me off from renting from them. Chad is also very unhelpful and difficult.

  I lived in a CCOC unit for 16 years. Maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and upgrades/repairs were done when necessary. Overall, a great landlord!
