I've always had a positive experience when going there. Luke and all the staff are awesome! I honestly couldn't say anything negative about the place or the people who work there.

Very big place with lots of studios... Equipment is hit or miss and studios are small with no real sound dampening

Basically nothing that was advertised on their site was accurate. When we arrived (which its hard to even find the place) there was a broken guitar combo ripped apart and left in the room, and the drums weren't even set up for us (missing a tom and snare on the broken throne). Then when I try playing through their tiny bass amp that has no chance competing against a drum set the entire amp was distorted. So I bring the guy in and he asked if i wanted something cleaner sounding... like an amp that isn't broken?! So then I had to go myself to grab and carry a slightly less cruddy bass amp into our room. The drums that were there, had a broken stool, and the gut on the snare was broken, when we go bring it to the attendant, he opens a cabinet full of other broken snares and says we can pick a different one. Then on top of this the room is tiny with no fans or AC as their site describes, not only meaning we were cooking in there, but that the PA could not be brought up to a decent audible level with drums without crazy feedback, as there has been no soundproofing done to the room. All in all it was a complete waste of time and money, when they are charging the same amount as Soundcheck which has better gear, that works! I shouldn't have to spend a half hour testing out the gear and swapping it out, just to have a room clearly not meant to have live music playing in it.
