Terrible service, went to return a battery with my warranty 6 months after purchase, wouldn't take it back. Terrible battery too constantly died and froze in -15, while my costco battery didn't and its 5 years old. while i was looking at the warranty the battery fell off their counter and they proceeded to tell me they couldn't take it back. $160 for a battery with a warranty that doesn't cover anything. I would recommend never purchasing anything from here with a warranty good luck getting your money back Old guy at the parts desk was being mean and un-helpful

I had to give the a star so that my review could be posted, but did not deserve it. Was on a holiday and my mother-in-law had my car and the battery died. I called the service department from Jamaica and told them to replace the battery NOTHING ELSE!!! Well they took it upon themselves to do a 150 point inspection where they went fishing to find anything else to do. Well my oil change was over do by date only, and a couple of burnt out bulbs! So they called my mother in law and told her that they should be done. SO in short a battery changed turned into $670 bill! Be aware that they are not doing the 150 point inspection out of the goodness of their hearts.

Store offers mostly cheaply made products with poor customer service. Sad to see any business run down to this state. I blame the board of directors for trying to squeeze every ounce of profit out of their stores even if it means offering less value to customers.

If you catch the sales, you’re winning! As Canadian as China gets, but you can get some decent products.

Very unimpressed with the automotive department. Would not recommend to anyone. Overcharged us on hours of labour and installed the most expensive products available with no consultation. Went in for a simple out of province inspection on a newer car and got charged well over $2000 for minor repairs. Never. Again.
