  Brad went out of his way to make sure that our window was replaced right away. We had a window in our entrance door with the built in blinds. After 15 years or so, the threads on the blinds broke down, leaving the window looking pretty rough. When I explained the situation, he had a repairman here within two days, and all at a very reasonable price! Thank you Central Door and Window.

  John C answered all my questions quickly and concisely and was patient during my often lengthy decision making process. Best prices on windows I could find. HOWEVER, I am adding to my review a few months later: At first one of my windows were missing when I finally had a truck available for picking them up. It was later found at a different construction site! Also, now that my windows are installed I see that the stickers on them are for the WRONG energy star zone! For the Lower Mainland! Why would you even sell windows for that zone in PG!? I am quite disappointed and am not sure how this will affect my rebates after my post-reno audit! I may be at fault also for not checking this in advance but I think it is fair to assume that they will sell the correct product for where I live. More to come on this.
