  Reeve was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Little to no knowledge about cars, no respect and his patience is as little as his intelligence. Matt was amazing, one of the best workers there and not a complete idiot. He should be the manager in lieu.

  Terrible weekend auto service, had to call and complain as they did nothing all day Saturday when I was scheduled first to go in, waited 3 hours and still not looked at. Besides that If they say 1 hour expect 2. I still went here for my winter and summer tires. So happy there. But my $1700 in brakes, front end work and new battery i took to Regent. The 4 stars is based on random terrible employees who are clueless or simply don't care. So still like the place. Bonus is my dog is allowed to hang out.

  Worst automotive shop ever. Never take your car there. Its a shame that they call themselves "Canada's garage". Took my car in for an alternator replacement on saturday (alternator died so i had to get it towed there without appointment). They told me they will get it done by Sunday. Took them 3 days to do the work because apparently they ordered the wrong part twice. After I got my car back, my car started shifting very hard. When i went back to them so that they can check for any loose electrical connectors or other faults induced by their work, they wanted to charge me for that inspection. Who charges to inspect their own work. Also they wanted me to leave my car there for another two days until they can get to it.

  This place is a joke. Tried returning a Christmas gift with the gift receipt and everything in its original packaging, but as usual, nothing but headaches. It wasn’t purchased at this store so I have to drive to GARDEN CITY to return an item that probably cost $20. Why do people shop here. There are way better choices.
