Customer service is absolutely dreadful. Website said they had product in stock, went to get said product and it's nowhere to be found. No apologies, no explanation, just horrendous customer service. Manager told me that the website is never correct or up to date. If the website is never correct or up to date why does it even exist? Will not shop here in the future.

This store is always set up and stays that way. Makes it so easy to find what you're looking for. Great employees too!!!!

Found what I needed quick and easy enough and knowledgeable staff in the hardware department were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience , busy Saturday afternoon and only two cashiers on. Man in front of me was buying chain he had several cut pieces in inches which equaled aprox 4 ft. The teller said we only sale by the foot ,the man explained you can add it up and divide by 12 , she didn't get it so she called a floor manager who also didn't get it so she called hardware by that time the line had grown ,many people dropping their purchases and leaving, me included.i think a job requirement should be simple addion and multiplication.

Came here twice, two years apart. Once to get a tire patched and once to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. The first time, they used an impact gun to put my wheel back on and way over tightened the lug nuts. They were so tight, that in order to get them off later, I had to jump on the end of a 3 foot breaker bar! I weigh 200 lbs! That's over 600ft-lbs; more than 6 times the manufacturer recommended torque! Needless to say, I'm very surprised the studs have not sheared off. Props to Toyota. The second time, I had specifically asked them to torque the lug nuts by hand and given them the correct torque specs. While they did take out the torque wrench and use it, they did so after already tightening the lug nuts with an impact gun! Pointless! When I had to take them off again, they were so tight that I broke a 1/2" chrome vanadium extension! Again, I'm very lucky my wheels haven't come off! Don't risk coming here! It may just cost you your life!
