    Sue is extremely knowledgeable when you are looking at buying a pool. She has great prices. Will even beat competitive online prices. Was having itchy skin from daily use of our hot tub and Sue Craig got us on a new water system which uses moss strips and mild chlorine called Sanimarc Pro and no itching at all anymore. Skin feels great. I get eczema sometimes and now no rashes and no itching at all. I had to try it to believe it! Great products at Craigs Plumbing. Thanks Sue

    Craigs has been bringing in top shelf pool and spa products for our company for over 5 years with no issues to report. Each of their staff members has a niche bank of knowledge and experience that add up to a very easy place to do business. Larry and Sue take the time to get to know their customers on a personal level and will remember you, your family, your kids, your dog, your previous 20 plumbing issues and how they were resolved. I read a few spotty reviews last week and wanted to chime in because I find people are more likely to write after a negative experience than a positive. Noone ever gets things right 100% of the time, except my company (:P), but it's having the integrity to move forward and make the next step to get things right that sets a good local business apart from big box stores or online retailers. In all of my experiences the staff at Craigs exudes this. Except Barb... Barb scares me a bit. JK. :) I am not a one time customer. I spend a lot of time working with Craigs and am happy to continue that relationship. Whether its for a bathroom reno, lighting, swimming pool products or a spa you're sure to enjoy the atmosphere, the personalities and they high quality product at Craig Plumbing Centre.

    I called in to get a uv bulb dispite being warned about the poor customer service. I like to buy local even if it's a few dollars more. The staff was very helpful and polite and began looking for a bulb. I needed 3/4 in Braded lines for a water softener I installed from a large box store so I was transferred to the owner I found out later. I asked if they had 3/4 inch lines. He asked what they were for... I said a water softener... he asked where I bought it... I told him... he said well can't they help you??? I asked him again if they had 3/4 inch lines and he hung up on me.... I had to get the bulb and lines and they were the only store open. I called back got the first lady with good customer service and she said they had the bulb in Stock. I asked to be transferred back to the owner. I asked once again if he had 3/4 braided lines he said yes and rambled about poor customer service in BIG BOX STORES!! I have never had a big box store hang up on me like a child.... Never had to ask permission to buy a part and never have I dealt with such rude individual while trying to buy something. I will not be returning as I can buy things cheaper elsewhere and don't get that service. I can't believe they are in business and as being forewarned of this sort of issue I do my part to continue advising don't waste your time or money....

    We bought a simple bathtub and fixtures for a bathroom renovation from Craig Plumbing. After selection and paying a deposit our positive experience turned negative. Their sales person called us repeatedly to tell us our product was in, at 8AM, but he had already done so, and on two occasions he actually had us confused with another customer. We were initially told it wasn't a problem for them to store the tub for a week or two and to work around the pace of the renovation, but then they repeatedly called demanding payment and for us to pick up the tub. We paid immediately and made arrangements to pick up the tub within a few days, and when our contractor arrived, they had lost everything and actually said it hadn't even come in! Fortunately it was found, but it was not ready for pickup, and so they wasted our contractors and plumbers time, which we pay for. Since posting this review we tried to pickup the bath fixtures we had ordered them with a brush nickel finish, but the ones that arrived were all in chrome. It has taken three weeks for all of the brush nickel replacements to arrive. When picking up the final few fixtures Susan, the owner, asked that I remove this review. They feel they've provided excellent customer service since the issues with our bathtub. While they have been fair with us picking up the various brush nickel fixtures that we ordered and returning the chrome ones without demanding a deposit (we have already paid for everything in full). They seem to miss the point: having to return to your store a dozen times or more for a simple bathtub and fixtures isn't acceptable or great customer service. When you did realize you had made an error on both of our orders and in your repeated calls to us, you should have apologized and offered to make things right. I am out of pocket $170 for a plumbers time that was wasted, they know of this loss and did nothing to compensate us or even apologize. They have failed to provide even close to satisfactory customer service. What should have been one of the easiest processes of our bathroom reno: order, pay & pickup a bathtub and fixtures, has become an ordeal of early morning phone calls, confusion, long wait times and outright wrong orders. There may be other companies in town that offer a similar level of service or even poorer, but there are also those who quickly have those things you've ordered delivered without any fuss. I stand behind my review, and if the owners would like to discuss it with me they are welcome to call or email me at any time. Excellent customer service involves being proactive and diligent, rather than being reactive and confrontational.
