::It was an okay dining experience. None of us drink alcohol so the noisy bar, tall stools and music didn't really suit our family. Food was decent enough and comparable with what you'd find at a Cactus Club or Earl's. The dry ribs were tasty and the fettuccine was buttery. My parents didn't like the wonton soup though, saying the broth was too sour and the veggies all raw which they didn't like. My grandparents enjoyed the pad thai. The calamari was delicious and the fish and chips was decent as well. The food took a long time (20-25min) to arrive though and it also took a long time to get any service (15min) despite it being not that busy (5pm). When we spilled our drink all over the table no one offered to help clean it up so I had to do it myself. The share plates they gave us were filthy and still had covered in sauce as if no one washed them at all. For a $150 dinner I expected more.

::Wonderful Veggie burger! Had a great variety of options to cater to anyones taste buds! Would recommend. Its on the corner of a busy street giving it an urban vibe, yet the setting inside is still relaxing and a great atmosphere to sit and have a conversation! Great staff.

::I'm blown away from the customer service from this browns location! First served outside in their comfortable warm patio by Emily, she was an A in every aspect! Then Mason the manger on shift got us a table inside promptly! Took care of our every need and went out of his way to get our drinks right away while at the moment it was smoking busy!! Our food food was so delicious and quick served by Abby, she was very friendly. Her service was more then spectacular! Thanks again. I will recommend browns downtown to friends and family in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work guys!!!

::Great place for lunch. Service and atmosphere is great. This time when dining, there was a mistake with the vinegar (accidentally gave me balsamic for my fish and chips), but the restaurant took great care to address the issue, well above and beyond. It is great to see restaurants value loyal customers. I will definitely come back. Thanks for making things right.
