  I can start off by saying the staff here are fantastic and friendly. The office has great hours and wonderful staff. Over the past year I've had issues that the office has tried to solve in the best way they can. I find the problems still persists and I remain unhappy about the entire situation. Another major concern is dogs being allowed off leash on property, I feel it's an unsafe practice with children around and wouldn't have moved here if I had known about it Other than that I'm happy as heck.

  I am a long time resident and am extremely happy with CLV and all they do! Especially the staff who maintains and cleans the building, they are part of our sacred community and go way above and beyond, no truer words have been spoken. The cleaning lady brightens up every persons day with her amazing personality and extremely well honed cleaning skills , and a big shout out the long term maintenance man/family member Joe for always making me feel like mine and my families needs or wants were a matter of importance, whether its to change a fuse or help with an annoying window sound its treated like a fire at the old barn lol :) Gotta show love to the office staff always willing to help in anyway and super duper friendly , Jesse is a good dude and has always helped in any possible way he could in fact just a few weeks ago I borrowed the mans jumper cables so I could start my car and get to the dentist :) Truly love living here and personally community is the most sacred thing we have and I as well as the rest of us are blessed to have yall ♡ Thank you CLV Cheers Adam McCauley

  Particularly the operations manager of Britannia Beach Apartments, Mr. Joe Alaouie, is very helpful to address emergency issues to the best of his ability.

  Excellent & personable service. Great neighbourhood. All maintenance issues dealt with promptly. Great place!
