  Perfectly acceptable for a college residence. Less strict about overnight guests than Lambton college, though has a few more maintenance issues.

  Ok, I will write why. On the day of arrival my son became seek and I contacted hotel stuff to cancel reservation or to postpone reservation for 1 day. The answer was no. I drove 6 hours with my seek son that rainy day to Ottawa and when we entered the hotel they did not let us in because the hotel employee assumed that I was not speaking properly over the phone with her. When we (me and my wife) started questioning, the stuff on the desk called security and our further conversation was going with two security guards behind us. My wife asked the hotel manager, how you helped us in that situation ? Did you ask our opinion ? The answer was , we decide who can enter our property and we believe our stuff, not customers. Then they allowed us several minutes to speak with Expedia agent to rebook the hotel and showed us on the door. Two hotel guards recorded our car license plate when we seated in the car to go away. Do not worry I will never return.

  There was a mixup in reservations with the team I was traveling with and I had made two bookings, though only needed one. Although there was no mention of this during check-in (you'd think they'd notice two reservations under my name and ask me if I wanted to check in the second room), they subsequently charged me no show charges for both nights of the booking I did not use. When I noticed it and inquired about it later they flat out denied my request to reverse the second charge without any consideration to an honest mistake. Terrible. Beyond the mediocre room and uncomfortable bed, the attitude by management is deplorable. I will never stay there again and recommend nobody else does either.

  A functional hotel，clean, two rooms with full size fridge and microwave. Unfortunately, there is no coffee/tea/brewing pod. The bed is clean but not as comfortable. You get what you paid for.
