  Staff are friendly and very helpful - couldn't have asked for a better hotel location. Definitely would come back to this hotel again.....everything is within walking distance. Great Restaurants to choose from and good recommendations from Staff.........all in all a great weekend ! Thank you Best Western Carlton- Victoria.......

  Street noise was bothersome. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Because of street noise I will not book here again.

  We were ready to give this hotel a great review. The stay was great. We had some construction outside our room but the staff was great and made us feel important. When we left the hotel it was raining and we got in our car ready to go to our next destination when we noticed our windshield had a crack in it. I at first thought it was just rain running down the window. We stopped and took a picture and sent it to the hotel. THe hotel replied promptly and I thought we might actually have someone here that would deal with this. Unfortunately she said she would call me back and still we have not received a call. This hotel is great but make sure you take a picture or two of your car after every use so that when they break it they can’t claim you were the one responsible.

  My family stayed here overnight for a quick weekend getaway in Victoria. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Both of our rooms were great. Some remodeling was being done in the lobby, but it didn't effect our enjoyment. The hotel's location was really good as well. We could walk to anything downtown or around the waterfront. Overall, great value and I would use them again.

  Great family suites! It's Not easy to find many hotels with space for 5 kids and 2 parents. Plenty of room in the suites! Nice mini kitchen, too. We have stayed here twice and will again next time we travel to Victoria. Easy, short walking distances to Government street and Chinatown. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. Also, An easy 10-15 minute walk from the ferry terminal, as well. Friendly hotel Staff!
