  During my kitchen remodeling one of the fuse holder in my electrical panel was broken. I couldn't find it easily. However my son call this store and they told them they had one (used). I came to pick it up, cost me just few dollars and it looks new. The people on the phone and on the store are very knowledgeable, helpful and you get the sense that they enjoy helping customers Thanks so much

  I bought a defective Home Hardware straps to bring motorcycle from Home Hardware Gananoque to Toronto. The straps were snapped. I brought to Home Hardware Bastone to get refund or store credit. The owner (lady) did not want to hear my explanation, because she claimed that I over stretched it. No refund or store credit from her. She is helpless and very unpleasant to deal with.

  A perfect example of why small/neighborhood hardware stores will always be preferable to big box stores. Great staff, great place!!

  A great local hardware store, with plenty to offer in such a small place. This place is packed to the brim, but just ask the staff what you're looking for and they probably have it. Mind you they won't have a ten choices for that one item you're looking for, which is fine by me. They've served the community for years now, and I hope they continue on!
