  I walked in and after about 3 mins of browsing one of the sales associates received a message in her headset, whispered with her nearby coworker about me and then randomly stopped stocking shelves to make a beeline towards me. Without even greeting me she went "can i help you with something?!" When I said no she went back to stocking shelves while staring at me. I also noted that she didn't not ask anyone else if they needed help (none of the staff here did) nor interact with any other customer. I must look like a shoplifter with my designer handbag and business attire . Racial profiling at its finest.

  Quality is below par and the store smells like plastic, HOWEVER this is the best place to go for cheap ($15) flats that will last for a few months. Store always seems to be messy and unorganized with boxes and products scattered.

  I waited 10-15 min in line behind one person. While 3 employees stood behind one computer to figure something out and two others walked past me at least 3 times. Knowing I was waiting. When I got to cash I was completely dismissed. And the cashier said nothing to me. About 30 min later I came back to return the item I had bought and the cashier told me they don't do returns. I explained to her that no one told me that and I was legit here half hour ago. And she told me "it's on the receipt" I informed her I hadn't even left the mall. I went to like two other stores and came back because I found the same thing but better at another place. She just stared at me. What horrible customer service. I'm super not impressed and would have loved to get my $15 bucks back. Never coming here again.

  i can't even stay for long because of the toxic smell. i wonder how the employees can handle this. might get a lung cancer. its disturbing honestly.
