Good customer service. I had an issue with a pair of boots I bought during the winter time and one of the managers (Andrea I believe is her name) sorted everything out and included a discount for any inconveniences I had. Thank you!

What's wrong with returning the products that you bought 10 days before and never try on? The cashier changed her face expression right after I told her I want to return. She acted in a haughty and snobbish manner! The worse service ever! I will definitely not surprise if there will be many other complains about that girl. Never coming back anw!

Had some of the best costumer service here late November!! Thank you so much to the staff who took the time to listen to what had happen with my online order and helped me rectify it on the spot. Retail isn't always easy! Thanks for making my day :)

Bought a Herschel backpack. Tried to return it 12 days later and they wouldn't take it because the tag was cut off (the salesperson cut the tag off when I bought it). They said Herschel won't accept returns without tags. So now they (and Herschel) have lost a customer for life. Not very clever, right? Then I went to MEC where they have hundreds of backpacks to choose from. I bought a much higher-quality bag for less money and they laughed and said "of course" when I asked if I can return it once the tag has been cut off. Long story short, if you need a backpack, go to MEC, not Herschel or Little Burgundy.
