  We had a problem with a lost gift card. The staff were very helpful and assisted in finding a solution. The service was exemplary and I would definitely shop in this store again.

  First time shopping at Ann Taylor. All I wanted was a classic black 3 piece suit. Connie, the lady who helped me, was FANTASTIC. I'm terrible at shopping and all types of girly things, she worked with me to figure out what I liked, was incredibly patient, helped me put together, and elaborate on a very stylish set of clothing I will be able to wear for years to come. 10/10 would shop again. Connie, I hope you read this; a million thanks :)
